Why can’t I just go to a bank and get the money?  

· If you can get the money you want from a bank in a timely and effective way, try them first. 

· If banks turn you down, ask us if we can help. 


Do you have conventional loans for residential homestead properties? 

· No, we only serve the commercial investor needs for money in commercial real estate.  


Do you have any restrictions on how much money you are able to lend out? 

· Typically not, but we desire to lend on projects from 100K to 200MM. 


Do you lend money in ALL states? 

· No, the “About Us Page,” in the Cash Many Master website describes our legal authority. 


How long does it take to get a loan from you guys? 

· Depending upon the property, the location and many other factors the loan typically can be anywhere from two weeks to nine months.

      o  In critical situations, work closely with me to expedite any “Special Needs,” projects. 

      o The sooner the application is fully and accurately submitted to the private money lenders and accepted, the sooner the process will move forward. 


Can we do more than one project with you at a time? 

· Yes, but each property is accepted or rejected based upon the single property attributes and acceptability. 

      o For Example: property A is accepted (as per address) and property B can be not accepted. 

      o You would have one project funded in that case (A). 


How much money do you charge for a commercial loan? 

· Each loan is unique! Cost of private money is often more than a bank typically charges, but not necessarily so! 

      o The determining factor is Risk vs. Reward. A riskier loan will cost more money than a very secure loan. 

      o Factors like equity, vs. cost to finance are important. Higher equity ensures a lower rate because the borrower is more likely to pay off the loan as agreed. 

      o We want our customers to be secure with their contracts; borrowing again and again from us, for multiple deals.

 

 The investor can leverage his business in this way. 

 This is the ‘smart money.” More income for the investor with each deal made.
